As an intern in Turnover’s design department, you will be fully trained by our designers. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of our trade and give you a glimpse behind the scenes of our Turnover label.
At Turnover, innovation leads the design process. Every season, the design team looks for the fine balance between minimalism and softness for the creation of timeless, modern silhouettes. The brand was founded in 1988 and is consistent in conveying its distinct feeling of luxury: elegant, feminine designs in the most richly executed materials.
Following are a number of tasks that are part of this work experience internship:
- Engage fully with the design team on all elements of the design process
- Develop collections in cooperation with the design team
- Develop Artworks for knitting and prints
- Handle all preparations for the creation of the Sales Books
- Prepare collection presentations
- Contribute to our Accessories/Trim/Colour archive
We would like to get in touch with people studying fashion at ArtEZ in Arnhem or AMFI who are looking to do an internship at an international fashion company. It is extremely important that you do your work meticulously and have strong organizational skills during this internship. You work well with others, but function well independently too. You have extensive experience with Photoshop and Illustrator. If you are also conceptually creative and a hands-on type of person, then you are probably our future intern. You consider yourself to be loyal, open and passionate. And finally, your written and verbal command of both Dutch and English is excellent.
You would have to be available for at least 20 weeks starting Februari 2016.
