We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who will become the right hand of our HR Manager and will assist in the execution of our retail hiring strategy. We will be opening several stores in Europe, so the focus will be on attracting and selecting enthusiastic, on-brand retail staff for our new stores.
You will get the chance to learn about and contribute in different stages of the hiring process: from social media marketing till scheduling interviews and guiding the onboarding process. The position is full-time available from February/March 2017 for 6 months at our Amsterdam headquarter.

-Searching for relevant recruitment sources and contact universities and possible other parties to collaborate with and promote our retail vacancies in different countries;
-Working on innovative and low budget ideas to enhance our employer brand;
-Managing and reviewing applications in our recruitment system Greenhouse;
-Scheduling (phone) interviews and coordinating logistics and details;
-Acting as point-of-contact to candidates for all interview related administrative details;
-Reaching out to top talent for current and future openings by using sourcing and recruiting techniques, e.g. search engines, social media, job boards;
-Support the HR Manager with administrative work.
-Are studying or recently graduated in the direction of
-Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies or similar;
-Have excellent people and communication skills;
-Have a strong eye for detail;
-Are a teamplayer, flexible and like to be in contact with different people;
-Have strong English skills;
-Are independent, structured and proactive;
-Have a hands-on mentality;
-Are interested in learning more about recruitment and you have affinity with the retail/fashion industry
